The recipe calls for some filets of cod,
broiled till flaky, in a little white wine, S&P and butter.
Add pkg of creamed spinach on top, cover with grated swiss cheese, put it back under the broiler till the cheese starts to bubble and brown.. Serve over rice.
Here, I used tilapia instead of sole (we have tilapia), made my own creamed spinach with frozen garden spinach,(we don't buy supermarket veggies) used gouda cheese (we have gouda cheese)
I used basmati rice, it is my favorite.
