Black raspberry jam

Here's a look at our  black raspberry bushes.  They are over 5 ft tall. The berries should start ripening now and be ready to eat  by  the end of June. 
We will need to net them or the deer and birds will take them from us.

The berries are full of pectin, so I usually add just sugar and cook to the jell stage, pour the jelly iuto jars and seal them.
