Tho I have plenty of seeds saved from last year, I am busy perusing the new seed catalogs.

Time to plan the 2010 garden... One bed is red currant bushes. Red currants do well for me and I love the jelly. Easy to make too:
Strain the juice, add sugar and cook for 10 minutes. No need for surejell, the fruits are full of pectin. Put into jars, waterbath for 10 minutes, and store. You will love having this in January.
